Southeastern Asset Management, an employee owned investment manager run by Otis Mason Hawkins, filed a new 13G disclosing ownership of 27,518,516 shares of IHG as of August 31st. This gives Southeastern Asset Management a 9.4% stake in the company and is an increase of 14,366,582 shares over what they reported on their June 30th, 2012 13F filing.
