Business Description
American Asset Management, Inc. (AAM) is a registered investment adviser based in Boca Raton, Florida, and has been registered with the SEC since 2002. AAM offers personalized financial advising and investment management to individuals, pension and profit-sharing plans, trusts, estates, charitable organizations, and small businesses. Advice is provided through consultations and may include determining financial objectives, identifying financial problems, cash flow management, insurance review, investment management, education funding, retirement planning, and estate planning. AAM also provides financial advisory services through consultations, newsletters, email reports, and recommendations of investment-related periodicals, special reports, charts, graphs, formulas, or other devices. The firm also serves as an investment adviser to Peak Income Plus Fund, a registered investment company. Quarterly reviews are held with clients to review portfolios and discuss changes in the client's situation. The annual Advisory Service Agreement fee is 1% of assets managed, payable quarterly and paid in arrears.
