The Adviser also offers business advice, research, and administrative services, as well as resource-specific expert services and technical analysis on a fee-basis to companies. Electrum manages Client assets on a discretionary basis, valued at $1,725,252,289 as of December 31, 2023. They may engage non-discretionary investment subadvisers to consult with their Investment Personnel regarding securities investments, subject to their supervision and direction. Certain supervised persons of Electrum serve on the boards of directors of companies in which their Clients invest, assisting with strategic planning and maximizing shareholder value.

The investment strategies focus on investing in strategic and generative investments in assets and securities of companies in the natural resources sector, with a particular emphasis on precious and base metals. This strategy involves concentrating investments within this sector, foregoing diversification across multiple sectors or commodities. The Adviser aims to leverage the resource cycle by investing in assets that provide exposure to its fluctuations. However, this approach carries inherent risks, including price volatility, macroeconomic factors, market conditions, and geopolitical events. The Adviser does not intend to adjust a client's portfolio in response to changing economic, financial, or investment conditions.
