Business Description
TenCore Partners, LP ("TenCore") was founded in 2018 by Girish Bhakoo as an investment advisory firm. The firm's objective is to achieve superior long-term returns in absolute terms and relative to broad, commonly-benchmarked global stock indices. TenCore is principally owned by Mr. Bhakoo.
TenCore does not tailor its advisory services to the individual needs of any particular investor in its funds. However, under certain circumstances, TenCore may contract with a client or investor to adhere to certain risk and/or operating guidelines imposed by the client or investor, which would be negotiated on a case-by-case basis. TenCore currently manages private, pooled investment vehicles.
Investment Strategy
The Funds aim for superior long-term returns in both absolute terms and compared to common global stock indices. TenCore pursues these returns by investing the Funds' assets for the long term, primarily in a concentrated portfolio of publicly-listed equity securities and related instruments across various geographies, including North America, Europe, China, India, Brazil, and others. The Funds' portfolio investments can change significantly over time across these regions.
While the Funds' main investment strategy is long-only, TenCore may occasionally sell short for hedging purposes. The success of this hedging activity relies on TenCore's ability to identify and purchase undervalued securities and sell short overvalued securities. Identifying these investment opportunities is challenging, and there is no guarantee of success.
