A trigger was implemented for ETFs whereby on days when a change of value of 1percent between the open of regular market trading on the NYSE and the close of regular trading on the NYSE of the S P 500 Index, FFCM (the Manager) will make a determination as whether the ETFs have experienced a Significant Event. On days when it is determined that a Significant Event has occurred, the Manager shall present to the Valuation Committee its recommendation as to adjustments to foreign security prices and the bases for their recommended valuation under these Procedures.
