The investment objective of the Dimensional International Core Equity 2 ETF (the “International Core Equity 2 ETF” or “Portfolio”) is to achieve long-term capital appreciation.

The International Core Equity 2 ETF uses an integrated investment approach combining research, portfolio design, management, and trading. It emphasizes long-term drivers of expected returns, balanced by risk through broad diversification across companies, sectors, and countries. The portfolio invests at least 80% of its net assets in equity securities of non-U.S. developed market companies, weighted by market capitalization. Shorter-term factors like price momentum and investment characteristics (e.g., recent changes in assets) may also influence investment decisions.
