I-trax provides integrated workplace medical, pharmacy, wellness, and disease management services to employees, dependents, and retirees of its clients. Co.'s services are designed to allow employers to contract directly for a range of healthcare needs. Co. delivers these services at or near the client's work site by opening, staffing and managing a health center or pharmacy focused to the client and its eligible population. Co. also provides on-site services through the use of telephonic and e-health tools and pharmaceutical benefits management programs. As of Dec 31 2006, Co. operated 212 on-site facilities in 34 states.
