First Team Sports Inc. manufactures and distributes in-line roller skates, ice skates, street hockey equipment and related accessory products. The Company sells its products under several brand names namely UltraWheels, Ultra Ice, Skate Attack, Street Attack, Hespeler, Heavy and Thirld World to retail and sporting goods stores. The company has markets in North America, South America, Europe, Australia and the Far East. Export sales accounted for 42% of the net sales in Fiscal 1999. In-Line skates accounted for 72% of fiscal 1999 revenues; accessories and parts, 13% and other ice hockey products , 15%.
