iShares Currency Hedged MSCI EAFE ETF (HEFA)

The Fund seeks to track the investment results of the MSCI EAFE® 100% Hedged to USD Index. The Underlying Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the MSCI EAFE Index.

The Fund aims to track the MSCI EAFE® 100% Hedged to USD Index, which is an equity benchmark for international stock performance mitigating currency risk by hedging to the U.S. dollar. It invests at least 80% of its assets in the Underlying Index's component securities (including indirect investments through the Underlying Fund) and investments with substantially identical economic characteristics. Up to 20% may be invested in futures, options, swap contracts, and cash. The Underlying Index includes large- and mid-capitalization companies from 21 developed market countries in Europe, Australasia, and the Far East (as of July 31, 2024).
