Infrasource Services Inc (IFS)

InfraSource Services is a specialty contractor servicing electric, natural gas and telecommunications infrastructure in the U.S. Co. has two segments: Infrastructure Construction Services, which provides design, engineering, procurement, construction, testing, maintenance and repair services for utility infrastructure; and Telecommunication Services, which leases point-to-point telecommunications infrastructure and provides design, procurement, construction and maintenance services for telecommunications infrastructure. Co.'s customers include natural gas utilities, government entities, heavy industrial companies, communication service providers, and industrial services customers.
