Fund Objective:

The Victory Integrity Mid-Cap Value Fund seeks to provide capital appreciation.

Investment Strategy:

The Fund's principal investment strategy involves investing at least 80% of its assets in equity securities of mid-capitalization companies. Mid-capitalization companies are defined as those with market capitalizations at the time of purchase within the range of companies included in the Russell Midcap® Index ($1.1 billion to $127.6 billion as of September 30, 2025). The Fund may also invest up to 25% of its assets in foreign securities, including depositary receipts such as American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) and Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs). The Adviser employs a value-oriented approach, seeking out companies that appear undervalued according to certain financial measurements of their intrinsic net worth or business prospects, focusing on securities that offer value with improving investor sentiment. From time to time, the Fund may concentrate its investments in companies within one or more economic sectors, including the industrials sector.
