Investment Strategy:

The Fund's principal investment strategy involves investing, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its assets in equity securities of small- to mid-capitalization companies. These companies are defined as having market capitalizations within the range of companies included in the Russell 2500™ Index ($22.4 million to $32.3 billion as of September 30, 2025). The Adviser employs a value-oriented approach, seeking companies that appear undervalued based on financial measurements of their intrinsic net worth or business prospects, and focuses on securities that offer value with improving investor sentiment. Additionally, the Fund may invest up to 25% of its assets in foreign securities, including depositary receipts, and may from time to time focus its investments in companies in one or more economic sectors, such as the financials and industrials sectors.
