Seabulk International, Inc. operates three lines of businesses: offshore energy support, marine transportation (tankers) and marine towing (Seabulk towing). Its offshore energy services fleet, numbering 109 vessels, provides services to operators of offshore oil and gas exploration, development and production facilities in the Gulf of Mexico, the Arabian Gulf, offshore West Africa, South America and Southeast Asia. The Company's tanker fleet consists of 10 United States-flag tankers and two foreign-flag tankers. Nine of the United States-flag tankers are engaged in coastwise trade carrying petroleum products, crude oil and chemicals, and one is employed in the United States foreign commerce. Seabulk International, Inc.'s marine towing fleet numbers 26 vessels, and provides domestic harbor and offshore towing services.
