Thousand Trails Inc (TRV)

Thousand Trails, Inc.'s principal activities are to own and operate 59 membership based campground sites located in 17 states in the United States, British Columbia and Canada. The three segments of the Group are: Campgrounds, Resorts Parks International and Trails Management. Campgrounds contain a total of approximately 9,900 acres and 18,100 campsites. The campgrounds feature campsites with electrical, water, restroom and shower facilities, rental trailers or cabins and other recreation amenities. Resorts Park International offers members reciprocal use of approximately 300 participating recreational facilities. Trails Management manages 240 public campgrounds for the U.S. Forest Service and other entities containing a total of approximately 6,100 campsites. Campgrounds accounted for 91% of fiscal 2002 revenues; Resorts, 5%;Trail management, 4% and Others nominal.
